3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for the period specified unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the defined scope of work and may change if project requirements, site conditions, or material specifications are altered. Any additional work requested will be quoted separately.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or contract. Shahbaz Electronics reserves the right to suspend work or delay delivery if payments are not made as agreed. All payments must be made within the agreed timeframe.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimated based on current project requirements and site readiness. Delays caused by site conditions, client approvals, contractor coordination, material availability, or force majeure events may affect completion schedules.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing site access, necessary approvals, power supply, and coordination with other contractors where required. Any delay in these provisions may impact project timelines and costs.

7. Installation and Site Conditions

Installation work will be carried out according to industry standards and project specifications. Any unforeseen site conditions, structural limitations, or additional civil works required will be communicated and may result in cost adjustments.

8. Warranty and Maintenance

Equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to proper usage and maintenance. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power fluctuations, environmental factors, or third-party interference. Maintenance services may be provided under separate agreements.

9. System Performance and Limitations

While Shahbaz Electronics ensures proper installation and configuration, system performance may depend on external factors such as internet connectivity, power stability, network infrastructure, and environmental conditions.

10. Liability Limitation

Shahbaz Electronics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business interruption, or security breaches caused by external factors beyond our control.

11. Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and technical documentation will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required for project execution or by law.

All work will be performed in accordance with applicable UAE laws, safety regulations, and industry standards. Clients are responsible for obtaining any permits required for their premises where applicable.

13. Cancellation and Termination

Orders or projects may not be cancelled once materials have been procured or work has commenced. Any cancellation may be subject to cost recovery for materials, labor, and administrative expenses incurred.
